Tyson Scadden
Portfolio — AI First Builds

I build apps
with AI at the
workbench.

I am Tyson Scadden, an independent builder in Utah. I design the product, direct the build, and ship real software with AI as my production partner: a health app heading to the Play Store, a live world map, a Roblox tycoon, AI films, and a library that teaches other people to do the same. Everything below is live work, not mockups.

How I work

The short version

One person,
a full studio.

I run my projects the way a studio would, with a director's eye and AI crews doing the heavy lifting: build teams for the apps, a video edit studio for the films, a design lab for the looks. My job is taste, direction, and the final call. Their job is speed.

It started with Tabs, a symptom tracker I needed for my own health. Building it taught me the real skill of this era: not just using AI, but directing it well — clear briefs, hard quality gates, and verifying everything before it ships. That method now runs through every project here, and it is what the Mastering AI library teaches.

When I am not shipping software, I am probably in a fantasy hockey war room, a Biblical Hebrew class, or out filming Utah light for the next video.
